This is the budget phone from the HTC Touch series.

Just like any HTC Touch phone, the HTC Viva has a Windows Mobile OS. The physical touchpad and buttons at the bottom are easy to use with just 1-hand. Small screen at 2.8 inches is limited, but good enough for low level video use. It comes with Wi-Fi.
